Thank you for participating in our Taunton Parks & Recreation's Trunks-of-Treats on Saturday, October 26th. Your "trunk" can be simple or elaborate... it's up to you! Need some inspiration? A quick search of "Trunk or Treat" on the Internet and you'll find dozens of ideas - the possibilities are endless! Set up a table or pop your trunk - decorations & kid friendly costumes are encouraged.
When selecting treats for the "Trunks-of-Treats", candy (pre-wrapped & sealed) is certainly a popular choice, but other favorites include pencils, stickers, glow sticks, temporary tattoos, bracelets, etc. Please be prepared to accommodate approximately 700 children.
- All trunks-of-treats vehicles/vendors must register with Taunton Parks & Recreation to participate. Click HERE to Register
- All candy must be pre-packaged and store bought (No Homemade goods allowed).
- No political signs or propaganda of any type will be allowed, including on or around vehicles, with the exception of a single sticker not to exceed 2.25" affixed to the individual treat. No handing out advertisements or flyers.
- Decorations must be in good taste and appropriate for viewing by the public and families. No adult, religious. political or overly gruesome themes.
